Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to affected individuals, phjil will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and will communicate with affected players in accordance with NPC guidelines.
While phjil employs robust security practices, no system is entirely immune to risk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own Account credentials and must notify phjil immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Request a copy of the personal data phjil holds about you and confirmation of how it is being processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held in your phjil Account.

phjil will respond to data rights requests within thirty (30) days. Where a request cannot be fulfilled — for example, where retention is required by law — phjil will explain the reason in writing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe phjil has processed your personal data in breach of the Data Privacy Act.
The phjil platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and older in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. phjil does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Underage Access: If phjil discovers or reasonably suspects that an Account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately. Any data collected from a minor will be deleted as soon as the matter is confirmed, except where retention is required for regulatory reporting purposes. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all phjil Accounts. Government-issued identification confirming date of birth is required for enhanced verification, and phjil reserves the right to request additional age confirmation documents at any time where it has reason to question a player's age.
phjil primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines — for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or game studios whose servers are located in other jurisdictions — phjil ensures that such transfers are made in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act and only to recipients that provide an adequate level of data protection.
International data transfers from phjil are governed by appropriate contractual safeguards, including data processing agreements that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law. phjil does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection without implementing appropriate additional safeguards.
phjil reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When changes are made to this Policy, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how phjil collects or uses personal data — phjil will notify players via a prominent notice on the Platform's login screen and, where appropriate, by direct communication to registered email addresses or mobile numbers. Non-material corrections, such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not affect the substance of the Policy, take effect upon publication.
Your continued use of the phjil platform following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the revisions. If you do not accept any changes to this Policy, your remedy is to close your Account in accordance with phjil's Terms and Conditions.
