This agreement governs your use of phjil — please read it carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing the platform you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Game on the phjil platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the phjil Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phjil. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and must not create or maintain a phjil Account.
Important: Your continued use of the phjil platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of their effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written in English and, where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
Use of the phjil platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:
Age Enforcement: phjil reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts suspected of being operated by persons under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately pending investigation and any winnings void.
By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. You agree to notify phjil immediately if your eligibility status changes in any way.
Each eligible individual may register only one Account on the phjil platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited and will be subject to closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. phjil is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the User.
phjil requires KYC verification for all Accounts. Enhanced verification — including submission of a government-issued photo ID such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport — is required before higher deposit limits are unlocked and before withdrawal requests above standard thresholds are processed.
phjil accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and transaction limits applicable to each method.
Processing Times: GCash and Maya deposits are credited in real time. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically process within 15–30 minutes. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally completed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed the same business day for requests submitted during operating hours.
phjil holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. In the event of insolvency, segregated player funds are protected and not available to general creditors.
phjil may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to Users. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer on the Platform and which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Users of the phjil platform must not engage in any of the following conduct. Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances pending investigation:
phjil reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct, including fraud and money laundering, to the relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies, as required by law.
phjil is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as entertainment. If at any point gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or personal harm, phjil provides the following tools, all accessible from your Account settings:

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the phjil Platform — including but not limited to the phjil name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of phjil or its licensed partners and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of phjil.
Game content, RNG software, and mathematical models are the intellectual property of the respective game studios and are licensed to phjil under separate agreements. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting any game software is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjil's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits phjil's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
phjil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, phjil will complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the Account will be reinstated and any validly held balance will remain accessible. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting phjil support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within the standard processing period, subject to any outstanding wagering requirement conditions on Bonus Funds.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
For disputes relating specifically to phjil's gaming operations, Users may also escalate concerns to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, which phjil is obligated to participate in as part of its operating licence conditions.
phjil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Users' rights or obligations — phjil will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform, including a notification on the phjil login screen and an update to the "Last Updated" date on this page.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a provision, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your remedy is to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with Section 11.

For complaints that cannot be resolved through direct communication with phjil's support team, Users may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing phjil's operations. phjil is required to cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or dispute resolution process initiated by PAGCOR.
